Bookings
- A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is to be paid 14 days prior to booking date.
- If the booking is made within the 14 days. Full payment is due immediately.
Cancellations:
If you cancel your booking:
- Within 14 days of the booked date - Loss of full payment.
- No show on the day - Loss of full payment.
- If there is a decrease in numbers you will be charged for numbers booked.
- If we alter or cancel arrangements: In such an event we will attempt to offer an alternative. If we are unable to do so all deposits will be refunded in full.

- All riders and activity participants will be required to sign an indemnity document.
